Cemen Tech employee-owners are its greatest asset. Each volumetric mixer is built by a team of hard-working employee owners who take pride in their craft and are leading experts in the volumetric mixing industry; several employees have been with the company for at least 20 years. All employees are encouraged to submit ideas about products and processes for improvement with submissions reviewed by our in-house engineering team. This collaboration results in changes to our mixer designs that have a positive impact on all Cemen Tech mixers.

Connor Deering, CEO & President, joined Cemen Tech in June of 2014 from Apache Inc. Deering holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Ohio University and an MBA from Milikin University.
